Professional Guidelines
NodHawk Staffing has been contributing to the staffing industry in innumerable ways. It has been maintaining the professional practice by applying proper guidelines. As professionals, we understand the importance of several key operating principles in our conduct and relationships with employees, clients, and other colleagues. We believe it to be our responsibility to keep the balance intact by guiding and shaping the employees into professionals.
Relationships
Maintaining balance, transparency, and honesty in our professional relationship in a way that does not exceed the reasonable hindrances of what our profession can offer on different subject matters, is of utmost importance for us.
Practices and Methods
We endorse the principle of using data which are known to be the best measures of the subject matter and which are represented as accurately and fairly as possible. We attempt to use the best practices and methods when using data to describe and analyze subject matters on behalf of our clients and peers.
Communications
We intend to make certain that all communications, written and verbal, accurately exemplify the data and sound practices that are part of professional practices. This also includes suitable attribution for work done by others.
